Our baby gift trunks are thoughtfully curated with high-quality, boutique items specifically selected for newborns, such as baby booties, a hat, Peter Rabbit rattle, taggie comforter, milestone cards, and a small treat for mum. The contents of each gift are listed clearly on our website to ensure transparency, and the gift is presented in a suitcase-style box as shown in our product photos and descriptions. That said, we appreciate that expectations around size and value can vary, and we’re sorry this didn’t meet yours on this occasion. As a small independent business, we don't have the buying power of large retailers, but we strive to offer a more personal and caring service - from hand-packing each gift with care, to contacting customers directly if any stock issues arise. In your case, we did experience a short delay due to stock availability, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused but we were clearly in contact. Your order was dispatched within the 3–5 working day delivery window on the standard shipping you selected, but we appreciate that sooner delivery may have been preferred. We offer express and next day shipping options for future orders. We’ve taken your comments on board and, as a result, have added the dimensions of the gift trunk more clearly to the product page. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re genuinely grateful for that. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve processed a 15% refund on your order.
