This particular gift features 14 high-quality products, including luxury brands such as Steiff and Sophie la Girafe, which are both globally recognised and trusted for their craftsmanship and safety. The bunny and giraffe toys alone retail at around £50, and we price each hamper individually based on the contents, along with the costs of hand-packing, gift presentation, and the overall running of a small business. I can see that you also added personalisation to your hamper which also takes time, care and attention.
We always aim to be transparent - each item is listed clearly on our website so that customers can make an informed decision prior to purchase. That said, we completely understand that perceptions of size and value can differ, and we're genuinely sorry this didn’t meet yours on this occasion.
