Good service, reasonable price. Much cheaper quote than other cheaper quote
Good, I had to chase my cert even though O paid 3 weeks in advance of due date. Staff were helpful though.

Poor contact options , mileage on policy lower than requested.
Very poor online contact form - the only query types listed are those where AIG get additional money. All other questions go into a call-holding queue.
