Thank you for your message. We've checked our system and both emails were tracked as sent - you'll see the campsite's email address at the top of your email confirmation and all bookings are also visible in our online portals. We've followed this up with the campsite, they did receive your booking and apologise for the error. They've taken steps to ensure this doesn't happen again. Pitchup.com

Thank you for your feedback. The campsite set their own rules up on our website and they set the minimum of 2 nights. The campsite will allow you to leave after 1 night but they've taken payment for 2 as per their terms and conditions. Pitchup.com
