easy to make booking, did phone campsite the next day and they could not fine booking ID number on their system which was a bit worrying. campsite phoned back to say they had uploaded your booking so...

Thank you for your feedback. In the case of this site, their policies on Pitchup.com state that the campsite will contact you to arrange payment, which allows them time to amalgamate Pitchup.com bookings with their own booking system. However, we can confirm that your booking was received and processed by Pitchup.com on 20 May 2014, 21:11, when the site would have also received confirmation of your booking (as you can see at the top of your confirmation email).
