HI there, sorry that you are not happy with the service we provided on your last order. There may be a number of reasons this could occur, mainly down to status of account at the point the invoices were run.
Owing to The Royal mint having to close production of this item, we are currently experiencing some long delays with this set. At present we are looking at competing all outstanding orders by 3rd September, 2020, but are working with The Royal Mint to reduce this time if possible, we will of course update our website with the latest despatch information.
During this time, we will be receiving some stock and complete some outstanding orders, and we will of course despatch your order as soon as we can.
