How to lose a client.
Collected skip when only quarter full due to a mix up over collection date. I asked for a part refund which was refused even though they obviously incur less processing costs. I use a lot of skips...

Following contact from the wastes manager I am very pleased to report a far happier outcome and hopefully we can continue business with this company on a friendlier basis, for this reason I am rerating ng their service.

Processional prompt service
Professional & courteous office staff, skips always there on time, very awkward access with overhead power lines but drivers got in with it without complaint.

The only thing I would say is there is no total on invoices sent by e.mail.

Our system indicates the skip was delivered the day after booking, and collected 12 days later as agreed.
If your dissatisfaction lies with failing to meet a timed request, we will always endeavour to meet them, however, unfortunately cannot guarantee to do so.
This should have been made clear at the time of booking, if you feel this was not the case, I will happily investigate further.

An early morning delivery was requested, the skip arrive about 4pm. With regards to collection, we had finished with the skip earlier than expected, I called to arrange an early collection and was told that someone would be with me the next day, this was not the case
