With regards to approximate delivery/collection times, we will always strive to meet requested times, but as you've experienced, we unfortunately cannot guarantee to do so due to various factors. Following our discussion on the phone, it appears the skip collection date was not made completely clear at the time of booking and the relevant staff will be made aware of this.
We are looking into ways of sending collection reminder notifications - your feedback certainly helps to reinforce this need.
