Personalized Service!
This is at least our third tour arranged by Tenon. They NEVER fail us - in either quality of advice, or in booking accommodations and events that meet OUR needs.

Always responsive
The mobile app was incredibly helpful. At one point we mislaid our printed paperwork, and the mobile app had the information we needed.

Thank you for your feedback, April. This is a fair and valid viewpoint, and regrettably, due to the increasing demand and lack of availability on our end and with overseas partners, we weren't able to provide the level of service that our travelers have come to expect. I hope that you were still able to enjoy your time in Scotland and that we'll have the opportunity to plan a second (and more fulfilling) trip for you in the future.
