Great product but the website is misleading as the bincho is £5 cheaper on the homepage compared to other areas on the website. Was meant to be next day delivery but took 3 days to arrive

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, I have looked high and low on our home page for the charcoal at £5 cheaper but I can't see it, I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction so I can amend this error. I am sorry if there was a delay in delivery for you, we always aim to send our goods out on the next day service that we advertise so I am disappointed to see this didn't happen for you.

The service was excellent as always, and extremely prompt!
Thank you for your extensive review, It would seem the issue has come from you not being able to light the Japanese Charcoal, I can assure you that this isn't offered for free because it isn't any good and we could provide you with addresses of many establishments that order it by the pallet load each week. It does require more work to light and i'm sorry that you weren't successful. Using a Japanese style BBQ along with the Binchotan is more effort but it does give the nearest experience to authentic Japanese cooking.
