While booking through Expedia I received no info of the bus reservation. At the airport it was quite a hastle to find where the busses are (at Las Palmas airport there was no Shuttle direct booth)...

This voucher included the booking confirmation and pickup details for your shuttle transfer. A shared shuttle transfer was booked for your journey. The duration of shared transfers can vary depending on the number of passengers and their drop-off locations, which is why it is not possible to guarantee a specific travel time. While we strive to provide clear information, it is important to note that drivers in Spain are not required to speak English. We apologize if this caused any difficulty during your transfer.

Arrived early for pick up to take us to take us to the airport at 7am very nice comfortable mini bus
When we arrived back in Spain driver was waiting in arrival again in very comfortable mini bus
Found driver easily in arrival hall, friendly and helpful driver and dropped off directly outside our accommodation. Return journey went just as well, driver arrived at arranged time
