Hi there, I sincerely apologise for your box being late this month. Due to unprecedented demand on black Friday we have been a week late getting the boxes out. We are currently trialling Hermes and we really value your feedback, which I have passed on to the internal team running the trial. I have double checked and your box was dispatched on Friday 03/12/21 and should be with you in the next couple of days. Thanks Dave for putting me at ease. As I said the club is great value and great value for money top whisky, etc. My aversion to Hermes though is absolute. I would rather pay more than be delivered by them. Top customer care though!
