Just use a proper home insurer.
Slow customer service, hard to view documents online. Auto renewed policy without confirming we wished to renew (which we didnt!). Only went with them because the tennant shop (also useless) said...

Vey expensive service considering I haven’t claimed in ages. Nothing given as an incentive or benefit to those who are members and haven’t claimed! Considering moving once things have calmed down!
