Terrible, still haven’t received my parcel and sent numerous emails. Been over 3 weeks and paid for express delivery. Giving it 1 star is to much but cant give zero stars

Hi Ryan,
Apologies to hear this. In your case your parcel was dispatched at 10am after ordering at 8pm the night before. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver in the expected time and once the parcel was confirmed as lost you asked for a replacement which we sent out. You then decided you wanted a refund so we put a stop and return tag on the replacement parcel and processed a refund as requested which can take a few days to post to your original payment method. A very small percentage of orders can get lost (especially with courier strikes disrupting the whole network) and we ensure each customer has the option for a replacement or refund as per our t&c's.

Not happy received item damaged tub was split so a lot of product had escaped. Emailed customer service had no respond at all.

Was hesitant at first due to some low level reviews, but the price is really good for what you get the diet whey mixes so well and so does the créatine no lumps a little sweet but not a deal breaker....
