Disgusting

Moved in and bathroom sink was cracked and cut my finger. Bath side split so can cut legs. Kitchen floor stained holes everywhere damp and not adhesived. Kitchen units fell off coocker grimy dirty...

Thank you for sending us feedback Mr Storr, I understand our Hull branch have since been in contact with your partner and the work has been agreed to be carried out. It is the responsibility and the decision of the landlord to agree to pay for the repairs. We are trying our best to get the landlord to agree to this, nevertheless, we have agreed to proceed with the work. I am sorry you feel let down with the service offered and I hope this is rectified as soon as possible
