Had to chase ticket, usually Infinity very good but on this occasion not

I had to chase my ticket twice which was disappointing as Infinity have always been very quick to get back to me and resolve issues. Maybe this was a one off and they were extremely busy, but...

First response needed to be faster but overall good service
