Good Support

I had to call twice before my ticket was picked up but when I spoke to the engineer he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and fixed my issue in 20 mins so i could get on with my work.

Good Service

Good Service, the gentleman who helped me knew what he was doing. My ticket did take an hour and a half to fix but overall the service was good.
