Very impressed with the support I received

Holly was very helpful and friendly, she kept me updated and when my issue was fixed she gave me a call the next day to check everything was running smoothly which was much appreciated.

Issue wasnt able to be resolved by infinity but this wasn't their fault

I have had to put good as there isn't a not applicable option. The engineers were not able to resolve the problem as it was a provider issue.
