Hi, We are sorry to see you have decided to rate our service as poor. I have tried to contact you to discuss your dissatisfaction but I have been unable to get through. When a payment is missed an email and text message are sent if we don't hear from you this may be followed up with a call. This is just to remind you that your account is in arrears. We don't think its the end of the world we are just doing our duty and making you aware of whats happening. Most of our customers like the fact that we keep in contact. Hi, I would like to say that we take all comments regarding our service and product as extremely helpful good or bad. Our aim is to have happy customers who believe in our product and our customer service. A lot has changed over the last 12 months since you took a loan with us. We now offer one of the lowest rates for a guarantor loan in the UK and our main aim is to make sure all our customers are happy. I assure you your comments have been passed over to senior management for review and we will listen to your calls with our adviser.
We are disappointed when we receive negative feedback and I hope since our conversation I have helped alleviate your issues and move forward in addressing it somewhat.

Hi tank you for your response and the call to apologise . You seem to have come on leaps and bounds in the last 12 months I have changed my review over 1 phone call. I had a very bad experience to start with and just apologising has swayed me. Thank you for taking the time and taking it seriously .

Hi, Its disappointing to see you have reviewed our service so harshly. If we do not receive payment on due days, both customer and guarantor are made aware as soon as possible. There was and is nothing high pressure about the message its just to let you know where we are up to. Apologies if this caused you any problems. Regarding the monthly statements, we do send annual statements out in the post and you can login to your account for which you are sent a username and password when we pay out your loan and see a month by month statement of your account. We don't send paper monthly statements as this would be a environmental waste of resources when this can all be done electronically through your account on our website.
