poor coustomer service
poor customer service, they don't know how treat people nice, they even forgot too collect the 2nd skip we ordered after 4 weeks.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. I have just looked into your job and it looks like we performed an exchange upon your request 3 weeks after the first skip was delivered. We did not book a collection in for the second skip as we did not know how long it would take you to load this one. I can see that the collection was requested on the second skip and we collected the skip within 48 hours of this request.

The skip was delivered early in the day so work could get started, and was collected on time two weeks later. The reminder texts were really helpful too - I'd definitely use them again!
