Part of our service is to ensure seamless check-ins for you, so on behalf of the team I apologize for the confusion and extra time it took to sort. As for the sister hotel being listed instead of the correct one, this was an error on our end and for that I do apologize again. On behalf of the entire Tenon Tours team, I am sorry to hear our services did not live up to your expectations. It is always our goal to connect our travelers to the unique experiences they wish to have and tailor the trip completely to their specific desires. We sincerely apologize for not meeting those expectations this time. Our team has reviewed this internally, including a conversation with our Sales Director, your Personal Travel Specialist Janet and your By-Your-Side Service℠ TEAM member Emily. We wanted to note a couple items: On your Tenon Tours app, there were extensive recommendations for independent touring, including off-the-beaten-path recommendations. Since your itinerary was self-drive with just one activity pre-booked for a set time each day, we hoped that would free up time to explore individually with plenty of flexibility, and that it would allow you to plan whichever activities you preferred. As for the B&B accommodations, we are sorry to hear that one was not well suited for you. We understand in the beginning stages of planning with Janet, you indicated that you were fine with this accommodation style, but perhaps we could have dug deeper to make sure we relayed what this style entails. After you called the hotline about the B&B, we understand Emily returned your call within 30 minutes to attempt to remedy the situation. Again, we apologize for not measuring up to what you expected for this trip! We hope the travel credits we extended will help rectify these issues in some regard. Ultimately, as a company that offers complete customization and extra care such as our By-Your-Side Service℠ and 24/7 traveler hotline, we aren't totally comparable price-wise to someone booking on his or her own.
