Excellent service.
Having made a mistake in entering my information for a trip I called Red Tag and spoke to Paul who was immensely helpful and made the changes necessary to book the trip. All within a few minutes.

Perfect service
Sheila was very pleasant and very clear and quick in answering my questions. This is my second time booking a vacation with Red tag and definitely would be booking with you again.

I purchased a ticket at $180 but was then emailed the next day advising that my price was $260. the difference should gave been paid by redtag. I will never use the site again

Forgot to ask for any special requests like a king bed or balcony. I had to call back. Hopefully the request was added to our purchase.
