There was a minor scratch on the face of the watch when I opened the package. This is a product that I was hoping to use for the rest of my life. I would have rated 5 stars otherwise.

The process all the way from ordering, to shipping was easy and swift. The design us amazi g, and the quality seems very durable. Can't wait to try the different straps I got!
