We understand the face hands readability issue has caused you frustration, and hopefully we will be able to help you out with it. Of course, we offer returns and exchanges: maybe this will be more suitable for you in this situation? We understand this watch model in particular caused you a practical inconvenience, but maybe another one should be more suitable. It’s important to us that our customers are more than satisfied and we take your review as an opportunity to resolve this issue. Thank you for letting us know what you think. We are taking full responsibility for it, and we will take your feedback into consideration and share it with our colleagues. Our desire is to be able to balance both design and practicality. When it comes to glow hands/luminous product, we do indeed wish to offer such alternative, however, design-wise it just not as good as we want.. That is why at this point of time we cannot resolve this issue. As a start-up company, we are working super hard to put the best possible product out there and to work hard to satisfy our customers, but of course, there is space to improvement. That is why your feedback is precious to us. To better understand the direction we want to take.
