Hi Hannah, First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, even if it was not perfect. As we mentioned in our correspondence, your very first email reached us on a Saturday - Danish time -, and as a start-up company, we do not offer a 24/7 customer service yet, we're unable to respond to all queries as soon as they arrive. Hopefully we'll grow enough to do so in the future. Our orders are processed automatically, sent to the warehouse, and then shipped, so that the delivery times are the shortest they can be. If there had been no issue with the address, you should have received your order right away. So, as soon as we got your email informing us about the issue and address confirmation, we contacted the logistics department and courier. We understand these things are time sensitive and try to inform about any changes in time to get them edited while they're under our direct control. Unfortunately, this does not always happen and we have another party involved in the fixing of the issue. This was when we informed you that we had let the courier know that a change in the address was needed for your order. However, for us to confirm that it had been, in fact, changed, we needed a confirmation from the courier; we cannot promise that it was done when we can't do it ourselves - but believe us, we'd love to meddle in their system sometimes -. Despite several emails, we did not get this confirmation, so we were unable to confirm this to you. This is something in which we have to improve, and we apologize once more the miscommunication. In the end, the address had been changed and delivered to the pick up point. Regarding the package, thank you for the images, it's something that we will take up with the courier, though it's not something we're used to seeing. Without a doubt, your experience with us has shown us things we can work on to improve and provide a good service.
