I love Joy - I always find clothes there that are different to what's in the usual high street stores. And they play good tunes so I'm happy wandering around and having a hunt through the shelves....
The service i recieved from Joy was excellents, delivery was prompt and even the refund was managed efficiently and quickly. I would certainly use Joy again and recommend to others

Great. Lovely fashionable clothes at very reasonable prices.
Joy I like it has it is different and I can always find quirky great clothes - although I have not yet managed to find anything that I have liked to keep I will still use the webiste - I also visit...

I think the fact that the store is not linked to the website i.e you cannot make refunds/exchanges in store if you bought from web is really restricting - most places do this now. Why is it separate...

We are currently reviewing our returns policy, with the hopes of making it easier for customers to return/exchange goods.
With regards to our online returns policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.
