I have looked into your order and I would like to apologise that the system had not registered that the dress you ordered was out of stock. We are currently making improvements to the website to alleviate errors like this from occuring. We have also reduced the waiting period for refunds. I apologise for this, our team at the website are extremely careful with the goods when they are packing them, they are examined several times to ensure that they goods being sent out are in the best condition. I would really like to discuss this issue further.
