Nobody from your team has sent me any message, I’m vert disappointed. I’ve checked my spam/junk mail and theres nothing there. Also I shouldn’t have to pay to cancel my booking, it doesn’t state on the website or the paper work that you sent over that i need to pay a fee to cancel my booking. Also i would like my deposit back, i wouldn’t be booking with your company in future
