I had to contact customer service re my hold luggage. I emailed them and had a very prompt reply back saying they had sorted the problem. I went into my app and the problem had indeed been sorted

Gem holiday were fine but do NOT EVER use Wizz air, terrible service
Holiday gem were an ok service no complaints from them. But the airlines they use such as Wizz Air specifically, are terrible

We would expect that customers research before booking to ensure they are happy with any aspect of arrangements. Our customer service team can look into your queries but we do not see an email sent to their account from your address in the booking profile. Can't complain really for the price, food was basic, only disappointment was no alcohol in all inclusive except at meal time . Room was fine , transfer fine , slight delay on return flight....
