As i have already said Debby was calm as the time was moving on we were having a few problems but in the end she got everything sorted and was still calm at the end of it, i was not.This was because i decided to go away at the very last minute and gave her around 4 hrs to complete everything then my bank played up.
But as i have said she was calm through-out and in between times dealing with other customers. Will use them again.
