Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we do appreciate it.
We are sorry that there was an issue with your order. Unfortunately the manufacturer delivered the wrong colour to us, we can only apologise for this as occasionally mistakes are made and this was beyond our control. We did replace the sofa as quickly as possible.
With regard to your damaged flooring, we apologise that the damage occurred. We did send professionals to repair the floor and this was done to a high standard.
Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope that these issues will not prevent you from shopping with us again in the future.

Couldn't fault the service we had, we were kept informed all the way, and when we needed the suite earlier than the ordered delivery date the manufacturer's came up trump's and all through this...

Having looked into your orders the issue seems to have stemmed from both your orders being due to be delivered together and the sofa arriving later than the dining set. The orders were then delivered to you separately.
We are sorry for any convenience this may have caused and hope that this experience will not prevent you from shopping with us again in the future.

The whole process was easy. No pressure in the showroom, but helpful when required. Only hiccup was supplier issue, which delayed estimated arrival by a few weeks, but not really Cousins fault!...
