In the event that we cannot provide the hotel in a proposal (which unfortunately happened in your case) we arrange a hotel of the same standard and quality as listed on your proposal. In the event that we cannot provide the hotel on a proposal (your case, unfortunately) we arrange a hotel of the same standard and quality as listed on your proposal.
