After looking into this further, your order was dispatched in time, however you order was lost in transit via Royal Mail of which I can only apologize for. A replacement product was immediately sent out as soon as we had final confirmation from Royal Mail that indeed your item was lost and hence unfortunately the time increased in terms of you receiving your order.

Thanks for your product review with regards to our Mani Backpack Changing Bag. The Mani Backpack Changing Bag has been designed as a 'hinged opening' in order for parents/users to see fully inside the changing bag compared to a traditional rucksack style changing bag which can be difficult to fully see inside.
In order to close the bag using the hinged design, it is important to pull on one of the zipper tabs to close the bag and then zipp the bag to close.
Having lost an accessory from my travel system I contacted BabaBing who responded instantly and offered a resolution straight away! What more can you ask for!

It arrived on time and the quality of the bag is so amazing. Also, it comes with three different straps to make it easier to carry it in a way that suits you. I really recommend it.
Nice bag but a bit small for all i need to pack for my little one. Disappointed it wasnt free returns

Hi,
Thanks for the review you kindly made. With regards to the 'Free returns', unfortunately as we provide a FREE delivery on all orders received, we cannot provide a free returns service as the cost would be simply too much. Should we carry out this request, then unfortunately prices of our products would increase which we simply do not want to do based on the current economic climate.
