Hi Barnaby. Thank you for your feedback. I am sure that you will appreciate that if we are not aware of an issue with a delivery it makes it impossible to rectify. In this particular case it looks as if the product was dispatched but an issue with the parcel getting scanned onto the Royal Mail network. Had you contacted Bababing we would have issued a replacement order and upgraded it to a next day priority delivery. I have emailed you this morning regarding the order. Kind Regards, Richard

Hi Charlotte. Thank you for your review. We always take great care to dispatch our products and ensure that they are well packaged! We certainly wouldn't ever dispatch a customer returned product and I can only assume that it was damaged in transit. Of course, it's not ideal - but it can happen with the parcel companies occasionally. I trust that this has been resolved for you?
