We are happy to hear you found our customer service prompt and extremely efficient but disappointed to hear you were not happy with the product. I have looked into this for you and can see our customer service department did our best to resolve this for you and as a result gave you over 65% off of the shoe which from what I understand you were happy with and requested. We do take the quality of our shoes very seriously and have since looked into it from your complaint. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

The company is an embarrassment.... If I didn't call up my pradas would have still been in the warehouse. Makes no sense to me!!!

We are very sorry to hear you were not happy with the service you have received from us. We have looked into your order and the main reason that your order was delayed was because we were waiting for the payment to be authorised in order to send to you, on VERY rare occasions we are advised by our payment company to hold orders until they can authorise them. However, someone should have contacted you to notify you of the reasons for delay and for this we apologise. We can see we dispatched your items within 4 working days, however I can appreciate this is also longer than you expected. We can assure you we are usually very efficient in dispatching our orders as quickly as possible and sincerely apologise we did not full-fill this on your order.
