Tried to find a voucher code or first time buyer code but nothing was available till you spent £100. Found this disappointing. No fault with order, delivery or goods so far

We are sorry you were disappointed that you could not find a voucher code however we do as standard offer all of our UK customers free delivery (in most cases can be next day if the stock is in our main warehouse), 10% off when you spend over a £100 and a £5 code off for your next purchase. For future promotions and offers please sign up to our newsletter if you have not done so already so that you can be the first to know if any offers do come up.

We then received a call to inform us that 1 item was not in stock & had never been in stock.

We are very sorry for the confusion. In some rare cases a shoe will show as in stock on our website and it can be that if there is only 1 pair showing as available it could be a discrepancy and not actually be in stock. We have various procedures in place to prevent this from happening but during our busy periods as we sell stock quickly it can sometimes be incorrect. We don't however take payment until the items have been dispatched so that only money is taken when we have the stock and it has left our warehouse on it's way to you.
