Generally good, but orders take too long to arrive always takes a week when other company's deliver free next day delivery.

Our delivery timescales for stock orders are usually 3-5 working days. We do offer a free next day delivery service. All you need to do is specify this on your order. The cut off point for this service is 14:00 every day. After this time any orders received will be delivered within 48 hours.

Needs faster delivery

I did not specify next day delivery and so had to wait about 10 days. Why do they not make all their deliveries in 2-3 days if not next day? It is the only fault I have with them and it has been so...

Thank you for your feedback.

I have looked into the order reference that you have quoted and we received this web order on 06/05/16 and it was then delivered 09/05/16. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, we do also do an urgent 48 hour or Next Day delivery service on request. We do not charge a delivery fee on general stock items which is why the standard delivery is 3-5 days.

Next day delivery

Orders could be delivered sooner - should be next day delivery instead of having to wait a week. The length of time between order and delivery is too long. May go to a different, quicker supplier of...
