When we arrange collection we pass all of your information to an external courier (usually TNT) and ask them to collect the items for us. We generally advise that collection should be done within 10 working days. On occasions where items aren't picked up after we have arranged collection we will go to a separate courier and ask if they can go in. If you have any issues relating to a particular order please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at contactus@ypo.co.uk and we can look into it for you further.

Standard delivery for orders is 3-5 working days but we do offer a free next day delivery service. if you specify on the order that you need it next day and we receive the order before 14:00 it will be delivered within 24 hours. if it sent to us after 14:00 delivery will be within 24 hours.
