Thank you for your feedback. We have looked into your enquiry and can see that you purchased a policy on Saturday 17th January. We received your email to cancel and a refund was issued on Monday as soon as our office re-opened. As stated in our voicemail office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM. We respond to emails and phone messages received during weekends and nights on the next weekday morning.
