Many thanks for your feedback amd I am really sorry to hear of your disappointment with regards our service levels.
Turquoise does pride itself on our attention detail amd I am really disappointed to hear we seemed to have have let you down on this occasion.
With regards the gift list service we are in the hands of the credit card companies in relation to the speed of the refund, however I will relook at our proceedures to ensure no errors occur again from our end, the service is unlike others, totally free for both our clients & the friends and family who contribute to the list and as such we really do value and care about ensuring the service is explementary.
I am glad that despite the lapses in services you did enjoy Six Senses Laamu.

Many thanks for your reply. Yes, we did have a fantastic time and Turquoise did match our honeymoon to us. Just for your records, it was human error that stopped us being able to access our wedding gift list funds, which I appreciate can happen- the lady who took my card details typed in one of the numbers wrong- however each time I got in contact I was told the transaction can take 10 working days- again, I do understand this- but even like the lady said to me on the phone nothing really takes 10 working days anymore!! It was just the lack of urgency to help us and look into the matter for us when we felt something wasn't right. We even received an email saying they'd given us £30 too much and they were going to take it from our back account- this was before we had even received any of our money!! Was just slightly disappointed that this was hanging over us on the first few days of our honeymoon. Also, when booking our honeymoon the flight times and arrival at destination we were told were really not very accurate- we got told we would arrive at our destination at about 1pm when, through no fault to delays etc, we arrived at 8pm- I just feel we could have been set up and better prepared for the length of the journey much better- even if it was worth the journey time!! We had a fantastic time and just feel this feedback is worthwhile for you to be able to help others even better in the future.
I appreciate you getting back to is so promptly and hopefully the lack of service was just a one off. Many thanks.
