My only complaint with Top Villas is the charges I incurred while using my credit card and the overseas charges that I incurred on top of that from my credit card.

I think the meet and greet services should be free. We wasted a lot of time…
I think the meet and greet services should be free. We wasted a lot of time opening the main door and we had our smoke alarm which was on for no reason, it was faulty, we paid for the heated swimming...

First choice Villa was not available at check in due to water problem Top Villas provided back up which was a little smaller. No discount in price. Pool heater not working and after repair found...

Being relocated at check in is a rare event, however a necessary action to take at times to ensure the comfort of our guests. We were not able to offer you a discount, as although the home was slightly smaller in sq. footage it provided the same amount of bedrooms and was an upgrade to our premium Orlando community. The management attempt to maintain pest free grounds yet nature can often create issues beyond our control and since your stay the ants have obviously been dealt with. We are very pleased that you were happy with the interior of your home. Top Villas Customer Experience Team
