We booked through top villas lots of times and always received great service Our last stay was at reunion resort 95 and the property wasn’t up to scratch so We called Tom at top villas who resolved...

We used SO much time finding exactly the house we wanted at Reunion Resort. We transfer the whole amount to you a long time ago. You then sent us a confirmation. All in good order...BUT NO Now....2...

I am really looking forward to that. The relocation houses you offered is not nearly as good in condition and location:( Such a disappointment! It is so difficult for us to find the right house at this late time 😞 You put us I sure a bad situation! And you gave us no reason for cancelling the house we booked and paid for a long time ago! The most important thing is trust between a client and agent. We recommend one house we would be happy to be relocated to ( non of the other houses you have for our long stay of over 2 weeks is interesting) But we got no response on that house. If you are not able to meet our expectations, you can give us a refund. But know that you really put us in the worst situation at the late time 😞

You really did everything in your power to make us happy, and we are truly grateful for helping us out. Now we are back on track again with our soon to come vacation in Reunion Resort.
