Hi there, I'm very sorry that you feel that we take your custom for granted. We value you your custom and try our best to respond to all queries and complaints in a timely manner. I have arranged for the yellow and white bare root roses to be replaced as soon as our new stock arrives. This is during November. We routinely ask for pictures so that we can diagnose any major problems which may not have previously been detected.
