Hi and thanks for the great feedback! Sometimes ski equipment can be cheaper in resort or booking it direct with intersport etc... so it is a difficult thing to promote if your not sure if its better value when you get there if you know what i mean. Hi and thankyou for your feedback on your hotel in La Plagne. We are of course disappointed that the hotel wasn't up to an expected standard, the 4* rating is not something we manipulate or even agree on, that is down to your tour operator Crystal Holidays.
