I believe that the price of this shower rail would warrant supply complete with all ceiling fixings i.e. screws and raw plugs to install the item, but sadly the item supplied to me did note have...

Reference– Not being provided with fixtures

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this afternoon to discussyour challenge. As mentioned when we spoke the reason we do not supply fixtures andfixings is down to the different types of walls and ceilings in customers houses.
You did raise the point that most ceilings are plaster board and as discussed this feedback will be passed on to the relevant department. Again,thank you for your feedback & sorry for any inconvenience caused.
