We have investigated this matter and can see that this order was placed online. When we receive an online order we always despatch to the address provided.
When reviewing our carriers (DPD) tracking I found that they had delivered this to a neighbour so I do apologise if this has caused any inconvenience.
This is something our carrier does as a matter of procedure to prevent customers deliveries being delayed.
