Recenzje sprzedawcy Sephora

I like how uve ignored parts of my complaints, selective reading eh so where’s my refund? Where’s my correspondence on my return it’s been 2 weeks?? You mention “your team assisted me” I’ve got pictures of transcripts you didn’t reply back for 10 days and 3 emails later, even tried Facebook messenger got through to no one just automated messages, why am I going through this whole ordeal to return 2 things why isn’t it simple, and how ironic your scrolling through reviews on websites why don’t you use that same energy to actually have something set up where customers can actually contact you guys reasonably and not feel ignored or going round in circles, even tried to continue this conversation with you directly and guess what got a error saying can’t make a ticket right now it’s ridiculous

This is ridiculous you claim to have sent me a email this morning it’s now 16:32 I have received no email nothing in my junk folder nothing in inbox just more poor customer service I’m going to my bank I’ll never be shopping with you guys again and I hope this review shows potential customers how poor of a service Sephora provides from sale to customer service

I wish I could give below 1 star, all future potential customers iust give this a read, look at the replies just more lies didn’t receive no email as they stated and there last response is could u tell us items as now there some uncertainty there scammers and horrible customer service lucky I took pictures of packing my returns and selling the box H tape style, avoid Sephora I’ve been chasing them up for nearly a month it was a waste of time and effort contact ur banks and let them chase it, I made the mistake of not looking at reviews before making my 1 and only ever purchase there’s 1000s of reviews same thing poor customer service or being ignored and fobbed off, won’t be replying nothing else back to this I’ll also be making a review promoted via trust pilot and I’ll show picutres of just how poor these guys are AVOID!!!
