Hello We have noticed that you've only scored us 6 out of 10 for your order and note your comments about the timber being very rough cut and wet. We are extremely sorry that you are not happy. Our timber is stored outside and so can arrive wet - we do try to warn customers on our website as it's dependant on weather conditions as the time of ordering.
