Our records indicate along with the initial online confirmation that was emailed to you at the time of booking , the flight booking was not transacted via American Airlines direct website ( www.aa.com), but that our travel agency.
As the booking was transacted with our agency, we do have different policies and conditions in regards to the acceptance of 3rd party credit card payments for travel arrangements .
We are sorry for any confusion and time taken in the confirmation process of your flight booking.
