Regarding your point relating to the leader's pre-dinner meetings to update you on the following day's activities, we've received a few similar comments in the last few weeks and will be addressing this to ensure they're light, informative and not unnecessarily long. We're pleased to hear that you've enjoyed your holidays with us and are sorry that our leader's manner on your last trip appears to have grated on you at times. We currently have about 250 tour leaders looking after the thousand or so groups going off on holiday with us each year, all with their own personalities. We accept that occasionally their leadership style might unfortunately clash with the expectations of individual group members, and where this occurs we do either raise it with the leader concerned or as a part of our tour leader training generally. I'm also sorry that you feel we appear defensive; we are a small team here rather than a corporate monolith and do read and evaluate all feedback from whatever source and, if we feel it necessary, adjust our product and procedures as a result.
